This is a convenience translation; in case of divergence, the German version prevails.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving reasons (§ 11 FAGG).
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded (for contracts for services and for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium) or from the day the goods were taken into possession (for deliveries of goods).
Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not required to. To meet the deadline it is sufficient that you send your statement before the period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day on which your notice of withdrawal reached us. We will use the same means of payment as in the original transaction unless otherwise agreed; you will not be charged any fees for the refund.
Early lapse for digital content
For contracts for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium — which includes the psyselling online programme — the right of withdrawal lapses early under § 18(1)(11) FAGG where
- the Provider has begun performance of the contract,
- you expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expired,
- you acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and
- you received confirmation of the contract including that consent and acknowledgement on a durable medium.
This consent is obtained separately and expressly during the booking process in the members' area; without it, access is activated only after the withdrawal period has expired.
Early lapse for services
For services — such as one-to-one coaching — the right of withdrawal ceases where the service has been fully performed at your express request before the withdrawal period expired (§ 18(1)(1) FAGG). Where a service has begun but is not fully performed, you must pay a proportionate amount (§ 16 FAGG).
